We live in a polarized time and, in many ways, this matches our internal worlds. The murky grey, complex, unknown is rarely comfortable. Too often and too fast we to move to one side or the other side of action simply to avoid the time and energy that complexity requires. Let’s resist this and make healthy choices.
It’s going to be difficult to continue maintaining the kind of distancing, mask wearing, and hand washing recommendations that the medical and scientific experts suggest while everything around us is opening and calling out to us.
It’s crucial to remember, however, that we are global neighbors and that, even if our own community isn’t hard hit, others are and it’s going to take all of us to end this for all of us.
